Returns

Due to covid precautions all orders are final ;however, if there are any issues with product quality please contact us at latoya@beautifulsoul.love and provide us with a picture of the defective merchandise and we will make it right at our own expense. For more information please refer to our return policy page.

 

 

Shipping

Physical products are handmade and will be processed in 1-2 business days. Items will be shipped after the itmes are processed.

 

Items will delivered based on the shipping option that is made at checkout in addition to the required 1-2 day processing time.

 

Beautiful Soul currently uses USPS shipping services.
